As you know, we increased the security parameters for your Personal Access Code for Online Banking last year in an effort to protect your personal and banking information. As I’m sure you’ve seen in social media, there has been a significant increase in the number of cyber-attacks over the past 12 months, and these attacks continue to grow. We take cybersecurity very seriously and will always do whatever we can to protect you. I’m sorry if this has been an inconvenience but unfortunately it was much needed to protect you. In the coming months, we’ll be implementing 2 Step Verification to protect you even more. This will be triggered when you add new bill payees, request a new password, add or modify e-Transfer recipients, and all requests to send e-Transfers

Annual General Meeting & Member Appreciation Tuesday April 4th at 6pm We have decided to incorporate a Member Appreciation night into the AGM at Trattoria Caffe Italia, 254 Preston St. I know a lot of members were reluctant to gather last year due to Covid but I’m hopeful we’ll have a full house of members socializing again. We will offer a live Zoom component for the business portion of the meeting so that we can have an interactive experience and provide a recording on our website for members to view at a later date.
