DEATH NOTICE: Heather Bond, wife of Firefighter Chuck Bond passed away at age 46

It is with heavy hearts and cherished memories that we announce the passing of Heather Anna Bond (nee Campbell) on June 16, 2025 in her 47th year at Saint-Vincent’s Hospital, Ottawa, Ontario.

She will be sadly missed by her son Quentin, her parents Michael and Valerie Campbell, Charles Bond and her friend John Williams. Heather’s memory will always be kept in the hearts of her aunts and uncles, many cousins and friends.

The family would like to thank the physicians, specialists and nurses who provided such great care of Heather, and the many family members and friends who have reached out, for their amazing support during this impossibly difficult time.

A Mass in Memory of Heather will be held at St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church, 1303 Leaside Avenue, Ottawa on Friday, July 11, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. 

In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
