DEATH NOTICE: Jocelyne Lise Marie Léger, wife of Captain Martin Appelt (Station 63) passed away.
Jocelyne was born October 17, 1963 and passed away December 1, 2025. She was the beloved wife of CPT Martin Appelt, Station 63, "the best wife, ever" and mother to two daughters, Jacinthe and Angèle. Funny and smart, and with a creative, quick mind, she enjoyed drawing and creative cooking. While having a pet raccoon was never a real possibility, she loved the next best alternative - cats. Jocelyne got to enjoy three joyful little kittens for a few weeks before her passing.
